Notice regarding CQC certification of products in the SAMR No. 44 of 2019

According to the Announcement of the SAMR on the Adjustment and Improvement of the Compulsory Product Certification Catalog and Implementation Requirements (Announcement No. 44 of 2019, hereinafter referred to as Announcement No. 44), China Quality Certification Centre (hereinafter referred to as CQC) for Products that apply the self-declaration evaluation method of compulsory certification carry out CQC mark certification, and the corresponding CQC mark certification items are shown in Annex 1. According to whether the product has applied for CCC certification, the procedures for applying for CQC mark certification are as follows:

1. Products without CCC certification

For products in Announcement 44 that have not applied for CCC certification, apply for CQC mark certification according to the corresponding certification items in Annex 1. For certification requirements, see the corresponding CQC mark certification rules. Log on to CQC's online application system for product certification business.

2. Products that have applied for CCC certification

(1) Products that have obtained CCC certificate

For the products in Announcement 44, if the CQC has issued a CCC certificate (the certificate status is normal or suspended), the client can fill in the " Certification Conversion Application " (Annex 2) and submit it to China After the CQC confirms, it will be converted to CQC mark certification.

(2) Products in the CCC certification process

For the products in Announcement 44, the CCC certification application that has not been completed by the CQC (CCC certificate not issued), the client can fill in the "Certification Conversion Application " (Annex 2) and submit the application to CQC, CQC will continue to implement the CQC mark certification. If it meets the certification requirements, a CQC mark certificate will be issued.
